One Desparate Mom

Having my position terminated was devastating to me. My Employer sat us in a meeting and guaranteed they would give us a 6 months notice before layoff. What do you know! BAM! No 6 months notice, there it is, calling me in the office, right after the holiday, only thing that went through my mind was 11 years of service and this is the thanks I get, 11 weeks of severance pay and 6 months of unemployment, "Unbelievable". I decided I will find a home base business in "Jesus" name, I looked at my children, who is depending on me, the single parent that I am, my two daughters, 6 years of age and 18 years of age, not to mention, my 18 year old will be graduating this year. "Thanks A Lot Guys". When I told my 18 year old that my position was terminated, she just looked at me and said, oh my God mom what are we going to do, I told her don't you stress, that's my job, just keep making honor role.
